I presume that's forty chargeable hours which, if so, must mean a 'reduced hours' working day, assuming an hour's lunch break, commences at about 8.00 am and continues to about 7.00 pm. On that premise, one imagines that the 'standard tariff' associates live in the building and, like swifts, sleep only 'on the wing'!
