There should probably be a ban on all soft tissue injuries (other than the cost of treatment/rehab). If no one can claim then there is a level playing field.

There are many countries (including many US States) that have banned soft tissue injuries for many years now.

Too many firms and claimants have abused the system for so long now. I don't know how many of those behind A2J can look themselves in the mirror quite honestly. They only have themselves to blame. It's only now they seem to want to be 'part of the solution', funny that.

I'm sure this will be an unpopular opinion but the truth often is though.
