But presumably, any POCA confiscation would only represent the amount which the court considered the defendant had received in ill-gotten gains, so unless the owner of the bouncy castle was charging the local kids to go on it, there wouldn't be any profit to be made by the "over zealous tin pot town hall keystone cops"

If there is "nice money to be made", surely that is money obtained illegally, and therefore is up for grabs?
