There's nothing new here. Back in 2006, I waited almost a year for a judgment from Central London County Court. On my umpteenth time chasing, I was told that there couldn't possibly have been a trial because the Court had no record of it. Letters of complaint ensued. Ultimately, I was phoned by the DCJ who asked me to dictate my note of the judgment to her. She typed it up and emailed it to me within 10 minutes.
