There is another side to this that you lawyers should take on board.
The bottom line is that your first duty is to the court not to the client that pays you. You are in constant conflict with the courts that want you to play the game and your client that seeks fairness and justice,
Any truly honest and moral solicitor is a nuisance to the establishment, one part of which is the judiciary. Many cases are judged fairly on the facts but the ones that cause you solicitors problems and mental stress are the ones where to give justice to the defendant would be to expose the crimes in the establishment.
Why do you think the essential basic freedom of habeas corpus is impossible to obtain. It's because I could free a lady whistleblower who has been sectioned and treated with mind altering drugs to stop her exposing a fraud by psychiatrists. I did manage to free her using other laws but she has been sectioned again as soon as she resurrected her human rights case, The drug she is injected is known as haldol. The very same drug that was given to soviet dissidents in the 1960s. The psychiatrists then said it was a form of torture, So shortly she will go before a so called independent mental health tribunal. The only solicitor allowed to help her is a tame solicitor who can be relied on not to ask embarrassing questions. Even the mental health charities say the tribunals are biased.
Any moral and honest solicitor is a problem to the establishment. They want pliable people who are willing to do the bidding of the establishment. Those who show moral courage they try to get rid of. To address your problem of bullying you need to expose the wider problem which is why are you being bullied .? Honest solicitors need to get together and expose the corrupt establishment. The establishment that allows children to be abused so that blackmailed judges are brought under control.
