Combination of a private equity firm, a company with substantial assets and substantial directors remuneration (triples all round!) usually only has one ending and it is not a happy one. Care sector is a good example. Not too surprised to learn that the government thinks this company is a great role model. Anybody who has attended University in the last 10 years knows you get very little for your £9,000 these days (my son went to a Russell University where seminars were largely undertaken by postgraduates rather than academic staff). Same story in those universities - ridiculous levels of pay for senior executives, declining rewards for the rest of the staff. For the few, not the many.
