I read an article only last week in the Guardian by Patrick Collinson “Whiplash: the myth that funds a £20bn gravy train” and I saw a program on channel 4 recently exposing the cash for crash gangs -various experts came on and said the problem is enormous with a vast number of gangs staging these accidents. In fact I have read numerous reports in the press about CMC’s persuading people to commit fraud.
The Courts are just naïve and have taken no action to stop the whiplash disaster costing the country billions.
