Depends who is meant by 'essentially a hostile foreign power', I suppose. (If you thought that might be the USA you probably wouldn't vote for Mrs May given the way she has sucked up to Pres. Trump who in turn seems to be sucking up to the Russians). Assuming however it refers to the EU I seem to have read that all the non-nationalist parties except for the Lib Dems are currently supporting Brexit, the only apparent difference being on what terms the UK will trade in the future. I say 'apparent' because none of us really know what the present government is thinking.
