We have a complaint that has been open with the Ombudsman since 18 July 2016.

The client did not engage with us or produce the documents to allow his claim to proceed, he eventually instructed another firm (rinse & repeat).

He has failed to engage with the Ombudsman or provide them with the documents he promises.

The Ombudsman has repeatedly given him more and more time and yet the complainant does nothing. As far as I can tell the Ombudsman has no intention of dealing with the matter: so apropos the point about 'live chat' with the profession it is more a dialogue of the deaf.
