Our human rights at common law are far better than any statute UK or Continental. They are being whittled away with the support of the likes of Jonathon. Where are the howls of protest that should come from the legal profession that we have effectively lost habeas Corpus. Any judge should be available 24/7/365 to hear application for a writ of habeas corpus. Of course the common law court of record has been barred to the people because no judge will go on his oath of office so one has to apply to a pretend judge, who in administrative courts is "merely a clerk" working for the ministry of justice.
