Spot on. I am acting for the Defendant in a (non p.i.) claim which is, as I have tried to explain to the l.i.p. Claimant, so much nonsense.He wants his day in court, and is entitled to to it, even if it is only on my application for a strike out or summary judgment - which I issued last week and yes, is returnable in October. He rang me today in a rage about the delay and eventually grasped that it is not my fault; the date we got was the first we could get. But it is preposterous.
