Please the new LCJ should reform the contents of court judgments given in the RCJ to include a summary of all submissions by both parties. Some RCJ judges are knowingly excluding submissions from judgments that will undermine the logic of conclusion of the said judgment. Example is the [2016] EWCA Crim 128 judgment. This judgment is a stain on the judiciary
