The Law Society cannot be taken seriously on these issues until it addresses its own disgraceful behaviour in the CQS / Socrates Training case. To have your evidence disbelieved by a judge, to put forward false figures, to fail to disclose documents and to rig a competitive market are all serious matters and the Law Society has done all these things.

The Gazette seems determined to suppress news of that case, even though it has been covered everywhere from Radio 4 to the Times, to Private Eye.

Will even this comment be swiftly deleted as part of the Gazette's shameful efforts to keep the profession in ignorance? We shall see...
