All I would say those in their ivory tower down in Birmingham should watch out. If this deregulation continues then why as a law firm owner should we bother to be regulated by them at all? £000s every October paid to them for what? To have their logo on a website or letterhead. Joe Public doesn't even know about them never mind what they allege they stand for! Perhaps we should all become unregulated and spend the renewal fees on growing our Firms in turn forcing the closure of the ivory towered SRA!
