Dear Arthur Michael Robinson
No need for a charity status as my aim would be to keep costs very low effectively a one man band running things from home so I can make a profit saying charging £25 to 50 an hour doing court work and replacing some of the need for the dreaded McKenzie friends. I will have to see how these reforms work out to see if it is a viable proposition. I know quite a few other solicitors who would also be interested along the same lines.
By the way I did not say I despise equity partners- I was merely drawing attention to the fact that the regulations have been set up to restrict competition for the benefit of equity partners. Perhaps a controversial view
