Chancellor, was at first only a chief notary or scribe under the emperor encompassed with the bars, to defend the judges and other officers from the press of the public yet he is the chief administrator of justice, next to the sovereign having the King's powers in these matters, he have been called the "keeper of the King's conscience" it has been suggested, in which I doubt very much as we can all see is he going to act with integrity, diligence and fairness and uphold the rule of Law I doubt it time will tell. Because its already written in his eyes which are the windows of the soul.
