I would suggest that Jackson needs to work in a law firm and run a Claimant caseload for a good few years before he makes any further decisions on costs (with appropriate targets of course). He needs to learn the myriad of issues that are faced when running cases to learn that his figures are hopelessly unrealistic.

His figures also clearly appear to be contrary to the Rehab Code, and don't appear allow for any, or any meaningful work on rehab, which, if done well, will often reduce a Defendant's overall outlay.
