I think he and his Firm should perhaps focus on getting their house in order- their admissions at SDT showed the shambolic way they ran the case where publicity and political ends were seemingly more important than being a professional law firm. Referral fees being paid without regard to the rules, failure to disclose evidence, poor supervision of junior staff were all admitted by Mr Day or his colleagues. Mr Day seems to have the mantra that all publicity is good publicity.
