I would expect practice rights to be dealt with as it is under CETA. Article 11 requires 'mutual recognition agreements' to be concluded sector-by-sector by a committee constituted of representatives from both sides.

Importantly, article 11 doesn't require - as is the case under EU law - equal treatment with service providers in the host state, but only "no less favourable treatment" in comparison with third party service providers whose qualifications have been recognised.
