Do you mean to say that the much-lauded (if you're an insurer!) reforms are based on no evidence whatsoever, and are essentially weak and shoddy attempts at pacifying political donors?

Law Society: please use this as a springboard to push for evidence-based reform in areas that actually need it! When it comes to PI, CMCs and their awful cold-calling must surely be high on the agenda? Let's at least try our best to change public perception of this profession.
