The irony here is that it looks like it was data from thirty third party care (capture) team who wanted to do what exactly with it ? Look after their own financial incentives. It wasn't even their customers data. Anon at 15.17 is right though, they set up a department to harvest third party data to make or save money it then gets nicked by their own employee and the public are pointed to PI lawyers and the LG duly dreams up the damning headline.
