It seems to me that genuine Claimants and solicitors are being penalised because some lobby group bleats on about alleged fraudulent claims with no evidence to back it up.

I wonder how much Tour Operators have donated to the government coffers with donations?

Its a shame we don't have ministers that will look at matters properly, considers the arguments from all asides and then make decision. Instead they will just accept what ever rubbish is being peddled and push the matter into fixed costs. No doubt they will ban claims for anybody that has been sat on a toilet for less then a week.
