I must agree GR Quigley 100% Justice is not being delivered to defendants, when a defendant is not asked if they would wish to use a locum/McKenzie friend and the partner, who admitted 100% responsibility for any lawful offence, is deliberately ordered to the public area. Thus there was no justice at all , and repeated efforts to have a County Court retrial, have fallen on deaf ears, despite Hon Judge Davies saying that the VICTIM had grounds for a rehearing - so how long does Justice need to appoint a date and time - At 82 I haven't a lot left, when I had my irradiation toped by Sellafield in 1957
