So let's get this right. I manufacture and sell cladding that I know to be inflammable. But I am not criminally culpable for the easily predictable outcome. Nor if I choose to fit that cladding because it is slightly cheaper than the less inflammable alternative. In my book these people are culpable and should be prosecuted. Simples.
