This is a great day for British justice! The ongoing battle between employers and employees is as bitter as ever but in recent years, the Employment Tribunals have tended to side more with employers making cases that much harder to win as highlighted by Barrister David Renton in his book, 'Struck Out: Why Employment Tribunals Fail Workers and What Can be Done'. Hopefully now abolishing the ET fees is a major step in the right direction.
