Education of the public as to advice from estate agents always being tailored to advance the interests of the agent would be welcome but it is a tough call ; seasoned salespeople against members of the public who move only occasionally and are vulnerable and open to manipulation .
The SRA for the good of the public should reinstate the referral ban so quality and independence can be centre stage; who wants a false recommendation? One which is motivated by the size of the bung .
Come on SRA you can revisit this thing and do some good here and gain some plaudits from the profession and public alike .
