I would suggest that it's up to solicitors to keep in touch with and educate their own clients about estate agents before they start looking for an estate agent ... by reminding clients what's good about using a solicitor when they have the chance. Ok, first time buyers haven't been to a conveyancer before but those coming around second time? Have we kept in touch? Not easy I know, but worth the effort.
