The problem with this area of law is that clients expect things to happen instantly. They don't realise when needs to go on behind the scenes and the legal work that is involved.

Firms have to take on so much work to make the work financially viable but clients think there work should take priority

There is such an emphasis on the completion date but what about getting the legal work done properly

I think fees should be increased and then quality of work will increase
