I have decided to also create an award. It is open to anyone, who I decide is able to enter, and only costs £1000 to nominate your candidate. Out of that pool, the winner shall be picked. And that winner will be crowned:
"most superest duperest amazingest conveyancer of the year. In the entire world. And universe"

I will also be running the categories of tallest conveyancer, nicest smelling conveyancer and conveyancer who can run fastest.
