Your dilemma is because you only operate under statute law. This suits your purpose most of the time because your income is derived from it's complicated intricacies and ultimate deceit. You operate using a pretence; the legal fiction.
It is no use moaning that this sometimes harms you. Of course it will; but you will continue with the fraud whilst ignoring the common law which could answer all our problems if allowed to be used. But of course if it was used then you probably would be out of a lucrative job. Sit back and enjoy your lifestyle but please stop bleating about it's disadvantages.
