"Off plan luxury apartments in Italy"? What could possibly go wrong ...? I have relatives and clients (for whom I was not acting) who have lost money - sometimes lots - in property schemes in Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, which turned out to be, ahem, somewhat less secure than they thought.
