A good sticking plaster, and all credit to counsel, but as someone who has been presented with a contract translated from Brazilian Portuguese into something purporting to be English using Google translate, I would advise caution in using this solution more widely. (The comments on two of the clauses read "I have simply no idea what this is intended to cover, let alone what it means") :-)
