The judge told me I was not in a position to ask questions . But he came late to court as a stand in. The other side had a grade 1 solicitor and a barrister and another solicitor. But my summery judgement never got read out. I was allowed one deed. I had full root title from 1924. And listed my defence in bullet points to each point. Counterclaim short bullet points. Not a chance of winning.
