Thank you anon @ 09:17. I'll contact the OPG. However my worry is that if they ask me to say what the attorney is doing that is wrong, I'll have to say I that I don't know and that I can't point to anything tangible - because I'm not privy to what my sibling is doing and my sibling refuses to tell me anything. Something of a Catch 22 situation, I fear. So it looks as if one of the flaws of the system is that it embodies nothing to prevent an abuse and only can take action to punish an abuse if, against the odds, it can be discovered and proved. I'm beginning to have some sympathy with the views hitherto expressed here about the shortcomings in the system.
