Our own Supreme Court must be supreme in these isles. Thats what we voted for. ECJ will be supreme within EU (but see Poland - they want the supremacy of their own national court back). Of course we will co-operate internationally as we have always done and let's not forget contract and commercial disputes are routinely settled according to UK law which we have successfully exported to India, America, Australia, NZ, etc. Who are these myopic lawyers who can't see around or beyond the EU to the wider world? And they call Brexiteers 'Little Englanders'! Ha ha!
