Report comment

I agree that you should never put something in a letter you would not want to read to a judge. The same should apply to comments you make online, that said my concern is the idea of "Making offensive or pejorative comments....."

Some people are very easily offended, other people think anyone who disagrees with them is being pejorative and thus automatically wrong.

This has the potential to catch perfectly innocent comments made as part of general conversation - on social media, and in no way made in accordance with legal work.
