Re various comments below on ""Referring to women in derogatory terms and making sexually explicit comments;" so presumably, men are fair game?" - I think this point in the (overlong) warning notice needs to be read in context.

It is prefaced by the words 'Examples of the type of behaviour we have investigated, (and which we subsequently referred to the SDT), include...' and presumably refers to the example of the Nick West case in 2016, which resulted in a fine of £15,000.
