Well I admit to knowing nothing about the case and very little about the intracasies of divorce law, but one observation I would make is that there must be an awful lot of money at stake in the case, otherwise why would anyone care how this pair of (lets face it, probably slightly senile) pair of geriatrics choose to spend the rest of their lives. It is sad that valuable Court time is wasted on entertaining this nonsense when others in far more need are denied access to justice.
