"Cotswold Barristers, which gave evidence for the prosecution, told the Gazette that Burch had not been introduced to Cremin through its website."

Assuming that that is correct, the question remains: did Ms Burch rely upon the fact that Cremin was profiled on the website? If the answer to that is "no", the other question which remains is how and why Cotswold allowed this character to appear on its website. The profile doesn't even say that he is a barrister, so what was he doing on there (as part of "Our Team") at all?

Let's hope Ms Burch is getting some good advice on how to try to get her money back.
