0-1%? I have little confidence in this being achieved (I may be wrong of course). My feeling is it will go closer to 2-2.5% for no very discernible reason, so whilst the Defendant industry (and include the NHSLA or whatever they call themselves these days) may be popping open the Prosecco right now, it will soon be champagne, with the corks and empty bottles littering the front gardens of the jerry adapted properties that are all disable claimants of course deserve. And of course we achieve all this on unrealistically set costs budgets. Hey ho.
