my view is that "digitisation and artificial intelligence" are meaningless buzzwords. We have had computers/email for at least the last 20 years and apart from killing off secretaries so that solicitors now do there own typing at exorbitant hourly rates no real change has occured to the way the law is practiced. The idea that AI is going to have any impact on the analysis of cases is just plain rubbish.
