Do we really need the sensationalist, lawyer bashing headline?
If the facts as reported are true, the bank still has a shortfall of more than £10m anyway, so the legal fees are being borne at their expense, not the 100 or so unsecured creditors who have never seemingly been likely to get anything anyway, have they? Unpicking these messes is difficult and I dare say neither the IPs nor the lawyers who have assisted them made any of the mess.
