1 the ineffectiveness of the continued bleatings by the judiciary about skeletons and bundles mean the that the Civil Procedure Rules need to be changed to deal with these issues. Reference has been made to the 350 page limit in the Court of Appeal - why should the same rule not apply to first instance hearings?

2 we already have electronic disclosure so why not electronic bundles.
