Yes, all very interesting and no doubt the Legal Cheek contributor carried out an indepth analysis before putting thoughts on paper/PC. For their next piece I hope they could perhaps explain why African Caribbean children start primary school ahead of all their peers and fall back by Year 6, also addressing why little black boys are disproportionately excluded along the way. They could look into the evidence based research on the attainment gap of said African Caribbean children, particularly male in UK and US (African Americans)George Morrison higher education institutions. Even where they enter with the same or higher grades than white counterparts all ethnic minorities suffer an attainment gap but most marked for African Caribbean males. The anonymised comments of some Russell Group lecturers about African Caribbean students are "interesting". As are usually those on here whenever diversity and inclusion is mentioned.

George Morrison - My intelligence has so far not been questioned. Black and proud of it. I am pretty sure that you know this is nothing to do with paint charts and colour spectrums and you would be rather surprised if someone of my hue began referring to myself "white".

Those who get through are doing so despite often great challenge and overcoming stereotypes. Even then their Firsts and 2:1's don't give the same access. However they still battle on.
Who is defining merit? The term is rolled out to defend positions.
