As a grandmother having been named as one of the perpetrators of Unexplained injuries to my grandchild, whom by the way had his birth certified name to the name of a child that has never existed, sat in front of Judge Gillian Mathews OPEN court, in cause of Action for Suing R&CLA, I started with, this case started in Mbro Magistrates Court my grandsons name set down RB, the case came across to this court case name RBM the name of a child that has never existed, NOT a word from the judge, ONLY state cause of Action, then to every other cause that was stated her reply was Criminal
