I'm waiting for the government to give the green light to anyone acting as a 'McKenzie Friend', free of any regulatory constraints and charging what they like for the 'service' they provide. I'm then going to remove myself from the Roll, set up a limited company and offer my 'court assistance' services through that. I won't give a damn whether the advice I give is right or wrong - or even relevant. I'll behave as unprofessionally as I like. And I'll s###w my clients for every penny I can get out of them. And then, when everything goes pear shaped, they can sue the limited company whilst I set up another limited company through which I offer my services. Oh brave new world, that has such people in't!
