Ameli, it appears from your comments that you have/had a hopeless case and have been told so numerous times. Having assistance from someone that is not qualified or has any experience in an area that you want assistance with does not make the case winnable.

To Emma Reilly. The proportion of solicitors, barristers and Legal Execs with the issues you mention is tiny, maybe not even 1%. Yet compare the total MCF with convictions or issues that you highlight and the proportion most likely rises significantly. Wouldn't be surprised if it is 25% plus. This is staggering for such a small area.

Also, it's the lack of training and respect some MCF have for the Court and the system. Yes there are paralegals but these are normally employed by regulated firms and have training.
