As already said leasehold must be banned there is no reason for it to continue. We also need to get back to true freehold.

#fleecehold is now the new way for making money by charging fees for permissions on a ‘freehold’ home.

Pay ground rent, services charges or any other landlord charges.

So we are not asking for anything new - just for people to STOP using our homes as investment vehicles…
