You appear not to understand that having a creditor owe you money is an asset. I do not think it appropriate for accountants to practice law, but then again as is demonstrated on here time and time again lawyers are not necessarily well placed to comment on financial matters.

Anyway, back on topic, the more I read and hear of the LC the more I like. I also hear that he is not well disposed to the proposed reforms to PI.
