Oh for goodness sake. We're a profession industry not an amazon product.

As for complaints - I had an entirely baseless complaint made against me that went to the Ombudsman who threw it out. Though it now appears that I would need to publish this, probably without explanation.

Thanks SRA. Just one question - who will you regulate when you force everyone out of the profession?
